Dude, I think the site looks great, congrats.
A couple of little things. The percentage text when loading work looks a bt funny, it kinda looks like an unembeded font?
The leaf effect looks great, but I would make it faster, people are really impatient.
Lastly with the work page, when you have the bit selected it is covered so you can't read what it is. Maybe have the rollover slightly transparent or somethin'? or the text repeated.
Anyways, hope the feedback helps.
