I have a good story:
Got the job of designing and developing a specialist book shop's website (Army books). The usually story, when do you want it? Yesterday.
Anyway, I emailed him information regarding what I needed from him, i.e. mission statement, contact details etc. All the catalog would run of the database.
I go to the shop to take some images, before he lets me do that he takes me into the office and says.
"Ok, are you ready to interview me"
"-What"
"Well you need content for the website, I take it you will need to takes notes"
"-Not charged you for that, besides, you knows more about the company than you."
The company had 17,000 books and no database, yet he wants me to sit there with a pen and paper and write an essay his company.
