By the way, beverage industries make a killing. The cost of a soda is about 9 or so cents of syrup, for which we pay a good dollar, dollar fifty or so more.
Now if most companies only make about 6 cents (grocery stores = 2cents on the dollar) for each dollar, and people like McDonald's are making a buck fifty with the same or greater volume just for selling you that 9 cent cost to them soda, just think of those crazy profits coming in. Wow.
