best way to get the most out of your creativity is to work your asss off.
Getting stoned is okay once in a while, but I wish my dad had told me when I was 16 and pulling bongs nightly that it would fuck with my mind.

Seriously though kids - if you are going to do it, make it in moderation. You don't want to end up like Mevsthem. Mental issues suck.
