  Anyone who says that skaters will not be interested in a deck for graphics forgets to take into account how many young kids are picking up skating.

  Not everybody is PRO.
  It's not just the PROS who have access to a CCS Catalog.

  When I first started, that's ALL that was important to me. And at that age, I wouldn't think anything of being called a beginner, because that's exactly what I was.

  BUILD, if your worried about people (skaters), not purchasing them, all you really have to do is find a company (enjoi, birdhouse, girl, chocolate etc.) that develops boards skaters want to skate.

  Work with a company who makes top quality decks then you have both qualities and both consumer markets.
