    in such a litigous age, the school cannot be both an educational facility as well as a correctional one.

    if a child is disruptive, and unable to function normally, it should be the guardians responsibility to see that the child gets the proper medical attention so thay they can return to school. if the guardian is not fit or is unable to fullfill their obligations, then the state would assume ownership of the child, and carry out these actions in their place.

    what fairy tale book did you read that out of? alice in america schooling wonderland? snow white and the seven school responsibilities, none of which are to deal with a problem child?
