we "swinos" came in 18th at the Tunica River Gate Festival and we are competing at the Memphis In May BBQ Fest 3rd week in May. There are over 300 teams competing in this one. I think it's the largest in the world. People in the south taking this very seriously, we just have a good time and invite as many girls as possible. It's hard to win, because some people do this for a living. Considering that we went through over 30 kegs in 3 days last year, we are real uptight about the cooking.
