Not when you're talking about a religious organization. That's when you light a fire under someone's ass.
You're talking from a one-sided perspective, dude. You're making it sound like the catholic church has done nothing to help third world countries prosper...they've done more than any single organization in the world has done. They are dedicated to it 24/7. in just about every nook and cranny in the world.
