for green tea you gotta go for the japanese variety, and the loose stuff with those brown rice krispies type bits in too, that you have to strain, none of that teabag shite.
Or also the powder stuff that you whisk up a small amount of in a bowl in the morning, that shit is great, and more caffeine than coffee.
