Farm owner/inventor, Roger F. Cannabis was working at his small shop on April, trying to do some experiments with herbal substances, in in the 1600.
In south west of what today is known as colombia.When trying to reach the top shelf where he had some of his medication for headache and accidentally dropped 22 pills over the counter, one of the farm's monkeys eat 2 of these pills.
So he came with the name of 4:20.
