  This might be good news...
  As you all know by now, the Segway buying community are an influential bunch... they helped get (barely) the original Segway two wheeler sidewalk legalized which is a feat in it's own.

  I'd image once this ATV looking thing gets the goahead for riding on pedestrian turf, it would be possible to mod them with powerful engines... in short, we may be able to ride an ATV on the sidewalk, legally.
