Your client is looking for Pantone's Solid Uncoated. Uncoated and Coated are the standard systems for printing inks. The only think I can think of for you to do is to change and match the CV-40 (?) and other spot colour with a colour from the uncoated library. You'd be better off if you had a pantone book in front of you because inks NEVER print as you see them on screen. If you like, and you have the time, you can send the file to me and I'll fix it for you...
