I dont understand why Sony keeps fucking themselves on the media angle... first the beta casette, then the mini disc, now this..

games are already being made on umds, and those can't possibly fail. why not sell movies and music on them as well? they can only gain from it... and then there is the chance that it really takes off and becomes popular...
the only thing holding back the umd right now is the price...
