Apparently Newstoday will soon only be available by regular post.
Topics on the PVN will be mailed to all the subscribers, and you will have to send a letter to everyone when you post a topic.
If you send a blank envelope with 'Refresh' marked on the back, they will send you an updated list of topics. Mark the checkboxes for the topics you want to read, and within 7-10 days (allow longer for non-US addresses), you will recieve the latest Topic list in sealed envelopes. If you request First Class delivery, a woman will deliver to your door and sing 'Newstoday' when you open the door.
Open the appropriate envelopes to read the Topics, and reply by post.
To ignore someone, ask your local post office to have their postings returned to sender.
