  Disproving the bible is the very core of
  disproving christianity. The question is not "What did Christ say?" but "What qualifys him as authoritative?"

  (And since the bible claims your eternity (which tends to be longer than a very long time) is at stake, I think it's an important issue to not take lightly.)
