i think that is a great idea robbie... there needs to be some type of organization to this or i don't think its ever going to happen.
i can set up a signup page but the only way i know how to do it is by using PHP and my server doesn't support that so someone else would have to host it.
lets get this bad boy going already... i'm down to help out on the backend however i can. once we have something in place we can do it say every 3-4 months... we all could have nice little NT art collections at the end of the year.
