if you see no future at where you at, i suggest you leave.
i was in the same spot 2weeks ago. i had an offer that's 10k more than current from a very good company.
i hated the current job and the position i was in, a sole web designer and i didn't see the way up. But things were changing with the new director of marketing.
i told my frustration to my boss and also mentioned i have an offer. i demanded producer to help manage project better. production artist to cover the production, a salary to match the other is offering...
i got them all. though i still think about that offer and maybe i should have. i need to live with my decision. i can alway find a better deal in this city anyways.
