i'm in the same boat.
interviewed last week. the company is ok but their office is REALLY small. there were 4 people, (i would be the 5th) jammed into one tiny room. hello to no privacy.
so i gracefully declined the position. then the lady calls back saying 'we're not giving up that easy' and starts a bidding war going over the already fake salary i told her i was making. hmmm....
now i'm off to talk to my boss to see in a round about non threatening way what he can offer me.
really, i'm not going to leave i guess cause i can't be put in a room with 4 other guys less than 4 feet away, unless i'm in prison... that's cool.
