1200 - 1300 might be little tough...
most of them go about 1300-1500 and its summer so little more pricey...
the concord places by sky dome are decent.. cookie cutter buildings.... around 1300 - 1400...
my friend got a good deal with 1200 with one of them. you just gotta keep hitting the torontostar and craigslist..i found mine on torontostar.. i pay 1300.. which is lucky cause average 1 br place in my building is about 1500
