In a world filled with mass produced things, having something original is quite welcoming.
But that seems to be where it ends, at least in this case.
I would assume that having a one of a kind item would be better if the said item was actually nice and had some substance other than being unique for the sake of being unique.
Creating your own clothing is great, buying one of a kind clothing from artists who spend time creating these things for the love of it is just as good. Writing with marker s on something for the sole purpose of making it unique is really dodeing the whole point. If anything, it's the people buying the items which are the work of art in this case.
