well i'm on day 13 and it seems to be getting easier.
i have passed several tests without smoking:
i got drunk.
i worked with tools.
i went on a road trip.rumor has it that 21 days is magic number.
nicotene gum for emergencies has been my lifeline.
thanks for asking.
i'm not alone in this. it seems a lot of folks on NT have recently quit. good luck to all.
