if you are on Mac: iView Media Pro, easily the best.

We process about 10,000 photos per year for http://www.cardesignnews.com
and couldn't do it without iView... (Is this sounding like an ad?)We do use Portfolio for our Photo CD's, but only because there isn't an iView browser for Windows yet (it's coming apparently, then we can ditch Portfolio).
