roughly? no, i think that within the western culture there are only minor cultural differences left when it comes down to graphic design and those minor cultural differences are based on actual cultural differences. for the rest it's kind of blending into one. due to faster and easier communication such as the internet as well as globalisation. i think the increase in multinationals and it's need for artwork plays a role as well. anyways, there used to be swiss design but swiss design is adapted thru out the world since quite some time now.
