you're right moth. But you have to be careful when you have that debate. Because it is not an easy debate. There's hypocrisy and contradictions the minute you open that can of worms. It's impossible for it to be political, because you have to be intellectuall honest about it - and intellectual honesty and politics don't mix.
Ask Kilroy what he would feel if we had a situation like in the United States where Spanish has become a second language because of the influx of a hispanic population. Ask him what he would feel if Punjabi became the second language of Britiain. Because in the end that is all he cares about. This isn't cultural criticism. He couldn't give two fucks if thieves in Saudia Arabia have their hands chopped off.
What grates him is if "they" come to this country, wear their clothes, grow their beards, speak their language, eat their food, etc... It is a confused rhetoric because he's too much of a pussy to admit his own racist facsism
