2 things:
1: I can't find anything that supports this 4-3 format only the 3-4 format as seen on the car
speaking of:
2:CPV 6831 seems to be a real plate as it is on the car. this guys address is available to anyone with 12 bucks and a couple weeks to wait
Now, just how much does it matter is the question?
