In high school I had fast food often (b/c my parents would buy it). But now I only eat it around 1-3 times a month, if that many. Now that I've finished university I'll be eating healthier.
I think most ppl eat it more than once a month.
The truth is, fast food tastes soo good. You just have to control yourself.
