complain of a back ache (which if you feel fine now, wait a day or two, trauma in the form of lower back pain usually takes about 2-3 days before it kicks in. don't know why). when his/her ins company calls say your back hurts. instant cash. companies want to settle rather than have you sue their ass off. fyi.
