OK now that I've figured it out that it's daft punk, do you think this track was licensed for use?
its a big question around here so i'm wondering what the others here think.
was it licensed of is it being used freely?
if it is freely, and they are profiting off the site, is it legal?
can i just put whatever track my client chooses at thier site as long as I do not charge specifiaclly for that part of the project?
