Hi, I don't thing it has to do with osx or switching from a pc, because I use a wireless Logitech MX700 and all pc user who try to use mine get problems because i have a very fast movement.
Does that problem happen in every program and do you have anything else running while working in that problem. I've noticed that happens with some small apps who seam to slow down your mac while working in a other program.
perhaps you just have to install the osx new or compare it to a other mac so you can see if there really is a problemMac mouses are much accurater than windows stuff, thats for sure
