Ribit: The mouse doesn't keep up with my hand movements by about half a second.
Engage_London: I haven't installed any plug-ins on the side as my powerbook is fairly new, but I just installed MouseZoom that Negativespace mentioned before
NegativeSpace: I did own a pc before, and this is my first mac but i've been using macs at work for the past 5 years. I found the program and it's called MouseZoom and it does help some. I've also noticed that OSX made the mouse arrow seem heavier when we upgraded last year.
