another thing i did, which is too late for you, but maybe not for other smokers trying to quit was my last cigarette was a luck strike unfiltered and that shit was soooo fucking harsh going down that whenever i wanted a smoke, i just remembered how awful that last drag was and how terrible my chest felt that it helped me not pick up the cigarette i wanted to have.
