I understand that you guys come from quite a distance to get here everyday. Having said that, it is important that you are here by 9:00. We haven’t made an issue of it, but now it is a consistent problem. Everyday without fail you guys are between 15 & 30 minutes late. It needs to stop. The later you leave your home, the more traffic you hit and the later you are. Everyone else is expected to be here at 9:00 and you guys need to be on board with that. Please make whatever adjustments you need to in your schedule to be here on time. I understand that you guys work late consistently and we not only recognize your efforts and hard work, we appreciate and commend it. Nevertheless, you need to be on time. Please do whatever you need to, in order to make this happen.
mind you we stay about 30 to 45 minutes after 6, which is the end of the day, and stay late every week ranging from 2am to 4 am, without fail.
