I really dig the site. It's clean and open. Friendly.
The Flight and Car Hire section is a little lacking compared to the others.
I think the nav needs to be more "nav-like" I don't know how to explain what I mean, but it's just not exactly doing it's job. Each seems too independant. Too "floaty" if you know what I mean. Maybe your rollOver effect is too subtle. And when you click on a section, the button changes to indicate you're in that section, but it doesn't change enough to be noticable.
And Lastly- "Inquire" is the primary spelling. Although "Enquire" isn't exactly wrong, it's usually used in a different context.
