i've read the bible cover to cover out loud with a group of people (it was easier that way).
One of the readons it's so hard to read i found out that it is Hebrew poetry to repeat the last line in a little bit differnt way, and in our culture there's nothing poetic about it.But you can't reall judge it as a single book, there's 66 and there all different, one of them just about sex, some are depressing some are joyful.
but when you figure out what it meant to the old folk it was written to and put that in our culture it's Amazing. (sorry that was too long and boarder line preachy)
