i can predict my migraines.
first i get dizzy. like spinning-in-my-chair-too-much dizzy, but not enough to get sick. then i slowly get blind. at first i see this wierd blurry thing on the top right of my vision. its like when you rub your eyes too hard. then it spreads to the bottom right half. and creeps across to the left. can't focus or see anything. this is when the big migraine kicks in.
apparently a lot of people get something similar and its hereditary (my mom has it too)
