you're almost there.
can you keep a secret?
i took your gif file and opened it with photoshop, made it 600px wide and divided it in 12 x 50px wide colums, and rows with a 50px shift.all the parts (logo, address etc) were almost on place.
you'll find out when you resize the logo so it 'fits' into this grid (lets say left side starts at 50px and the right end of the logo ends in the horizontal middle point of the page), make the 'block' in the logo 1/12 page wide (one column) and do the same for the address it looks automatically 'right' and 'logical'.
