    hang on dinky..i got this one.

    dear designerror.
    worried minds often can't put themselves at rest easily.
    a simple meditation technique is to lay on your back and imagine a soothing ball of colour floating above you.
    imagine the ball slowly but surely traveling from your toes to your head.
    as it travels over each part of your body, imagine that its 'glow' is healing you...
    by the time you reach the head, imagine the glow is ridding you of all problems and or concerns...
    you should be well on the way to la la land at this point..

    its a proven technique that actually works.

    or.

    take a hammer in your hands and carefully, but firmly smack yourself in the head.
    repeat as necessary.
