Dear VE
you can never be too young to start designing.
you dont need clients to be a designer. best designers started out with experimenting.
you should take a brand or idea what you are interested in and start doing it.
take a brand you like and do work like its your client; do a case study in short.
experiment with artistic areas of your self.
