of course in reality you can't be mr. hardass with clients if you ever want to work with them again. if you don't give a fuck about your relationship with them, then by all means tell them you're done, here's the PSDs, i'm out. if, however, you are an intelligent businessman, you'll know that in the freelance world, word of mouth is everything, and you'll suck it up and just deal with their bullshit.
