phew? ya buggers just made me spent ages searching.
    So here goes:

mrdobolina - close friend of mine -Helen weathers, quite a respected journalist, wrote a piece on the 22th march looking into the background of Terri.
At 4.30am on 25th Feb 1990, michael schiavo claims in his statement that he heard 'a thud'. Leaving his bed to find his wife lying face down on the floor. The paramedics on the scene witnessed her 'making gurgling' sounds, with her hands around her neck. Doctors concluded it was a result of a heart attack, caused by a patassium imbalance which in court mr schiavo put down to her bulimia. He subsequently sued doctors $1.2 million for failing to diagnose her condition (1992). Kona was correct in saying the money (was later its claimed, to of been offered $1million by Terri's family & supporters to 'just go away')soon ran out in therapy and rehabilition and in june 1993 mr schiavo started the 'right to die' case with George Felos. 1998 is in which he took this case to state courts, which 2 agreed with him.
In 2003, recent allegations of persistent abuse by mr schiavo and the fact that terri had made plans for divorce, came to light. Former Chief Medical Examiner for New York City - Michael Baden pointed out that a bone scan taken in 1991 shows positive proof of head trauma and bone injuries which where the more specific reason the cause of the original brain damage.
Medical reports also indicated that she was admitted with a 'rigid neck' which doctors described as a consistent and very common occurence of attempted strangulation. Mr schiavo accuses the schindlers of making up allegations to get their hands on his compensation. As this has already run out seems a little pointless.

So whether or not that bulimia weakened her bones, or the head trauma and bone damage can be put down to accidents is up for discussion.
All the facts are real and are not bullshit as commented on before, they can be found if you can be actually bothered to look through the courts and read the documents and medical records.

    ;)

    *pulls knives sticking outta back.
