jog for 20 minutes a day (and don't stop to rest while doing it)
after 2 weeks, it will get quite easy. but you've got to do it 14 times in a row, 14 days, otherwise you never get over the hump.
even if you're out of shape, it still works. using my advice, my mom just did it and now she's doing great
