Even "positive" advertising such as anti-smoking campaigns can be guilty in principle.
After all, do they encourage people to examine their habits and make their own decisions, or do they try and bully people into quitting so that they can get more of that yummy government funding?
I'm not this cynical really - I'm just trying to add as much to the debate as possible.
