I started smoking when I was 13, then quit at 21, start again at 24,
I been off for a year and 5 months now.
None of the times I quit I did it because I wanted too.
People will tell me, you should quit, and I was like:
Why? I like smoking I know its bad, but I like it.I never said, I have to quit.
Eventually I got that thing on the chest, where it hurts a bit, and your throught is messed up, so I couln't smoke for one day, then the next day I was like, well if I didn't smoked yesterday, I won't today either and so on.Today I find smoking repulsive, the smell, the pain, the $$$!!!
So there.. that was my story
I don't think that smoking is phisically addictive, It's all in your head, the hardes part for me to not to smoke is when at a bar or socializing, you just got used to do it so often that now you can't stop.
Smoking less cigarretes a day is a joke, you have to cut it for good, or it doesn't work.
start buying gum, or something like that, and never try that first cigarrette again, that is how I falled the second time.
Hope that helped!
