after beating the game, you can upgrade your weapons (unlimited for certain weapons) you get the option to purchase the $1,000,000 unlimited rocket launcher which is not the same as the previous launchers, this one has a kick to it and is mad slow...but does its damage.
some weapons can upgrade to hold a massive ton of bullets while others upgrade the power or accuracy...you will have to play it. at least 3 times to get all the weapons maxed out to get enough cash to pay for the upgrade...kinda wack!
