CABLE or DSL?

    i've had both.. for long periods of time each.. and if i were to make a definitive answer based on my experience.. i would have to say

    Go with Cable..

    no need for a phone jack, or land line (i use a cell only)

    won't spike your network card during lightning storms

    speeds are generally faster for the same price (i have 6Mb for $45 a month, DSL only offers 3Mb in my area for that price)

    uptime.. DSL was down or being worked on a lot..

    cable is always on, while DSL needs a "log-in" depending on your setup..

    these are just a few of my reasons for sticking with cable instead of DSL

    computers in other rooms can jack into the connection without needing a router / running cables to the room (i beleive)
