i'm with opiate on this one. but it can be tricky to find emergenC in this country (especially the cranberry flava, which is by far the best).
berocca is a decent substitute (more vit B and less vit C). especially because the packaging is better and the slogan is just fuckin' cool:
"a fizzy vitamin cocktail for people with hectic lifestyles."
