basically this guy recognizes this model (by the crazy shirt she is wearing) from a bunch of different spam ads he gets in his email. then starts to find all the different ads she is in and posts them on his website. then readers around america send in ads they find in magazines, newspapers, etc that use the same woman their advertisements. its funny cos the dude that runs the site puts it into a storyline like 'look! she is using the patch to lose weight after her pregnancy!' referencing the fact that she is in an ad about pregnancy and then one for a patch that helps with weight loss...
