for the sake of argument, let's assume, mrs shiavo is in fact in agonizing pain, and has been for the last 15 years.
the question here is, who decides the victims fate? the govt, the family, spouse, children, the victim him/her self, or a combination of any of the above? what makes any candidate(s) more eligable than any other(s)?
