this one only works on people that aren't too technically inclined (my office has an abundance). Just adjust their monitor's contrast and brightness so it looks like a black screen... I watched a girl go in and ask for a new monitor because hers was "broken" after doing this.... it ended up taking the network admin and another tech "intern" to figure out that someone had messed with her contrast/brightness on her monitor...
