its looking good.
it could have gotten gibbrish when someone who doesn't have support for japanese characters opened the file in html editor or whatever then resaved it.
just a guess.
a little note: the font in left nav menu could be slightly bigger - it's perfectly ok to read in 20/20 eyesight but someone with lower sight may have a difficult time reading the font (especially the one for "contact us")
